Manuscript Withdrawal

Authors are not allowed to withdraw the submitted Article because there is an agreement in the submission process that this article is not/is in the process of publication review in other journals. The editor and reviewer have taken the time to process the submitted manuscript, costs, and the publisher's work. If the author still requests a withdrawal of the manuscript while it is still being peer-reviewed, the author will be subject to a penalty of IDR 1,000,000 / 70 USD per manuscript as a withdrawal fine to the publisher. However, to withdraw an article submitted to one journal if it is accepted by another journal. If the manuscript is withdrawn after being accepted for publication, the author will be fined IDR 2,000,000 / 150 USD per manuscript. Withdrawal of the manuscript is only allowed after the Publisher receives full payment for the withdrawal fine. If the author still wants to WITHDRAWAL, the best way is to send an official letter to the journal manager accompanied by an acceptable reason and signed by all authors. So that every journal management activity is known to all related parties. If the author refuses to pay the fine, the author and his affiliates will be prohibited from publishing in this journal.
